G'day USA New York Black Tie Gala - Friday 23 January 2009

G’day USA is now the single largest foreign country promotion in the United States. The ten day program of events in LA, San Francisco and New York highlights Australia’s vitality as a place to visit and a place to invest and do business. We are delighted to announce that Surf Life Saving has been selected to be the beneficiary charity for the Australia Day Black Tie Gala to be held in New York at the Waldorf Astoria on Friday 23 January 2009. The Australia Day New York Black Tie Gala, which is the official close of the G’day USA program, commences with a red carpet arrival and reception, followed by a unique dinner experience. The 2009 dinner will profile the exceptional work of Australian surf lifesavers. All money raised above the cost of the gala will go directly to the Surf Life Saving Foundation for the benefit of Surf Life Saving Australia.

If you are interested in finding out more about sponsorship opportunities for the gala or you know someone who may be interested in buying a table you can find out more by clicking here or you can contact Marie-Louise Carroll from the Surf Life Saving Foundation at mcarroll@slsa.asn.au.
