There are 6 free swim sessions each week in North Tyneside pools for all juniors to enjoy - you don't have to be a member of NSVL or resident of North Tyneside to take advantage.

The swims are open to anyone aged under 17 - you don't have to be a resident in North Tyneside. So, why not get active and go swimming - you get a free bus ticket home as well!

Fridays - 4.30pm-5.30pm
Saturdays - 10.30am-12.30pm
Sundays - 10.30am-12.30pm

Just turn up in between the times listed to get in free.

You are encouraged to get an EASE card, but this is not compulsory.
