Our main sessions are at our Headquarters on the Central Lower Promenade, Whitley Bay from 12.30-4.30pm and then at Tynemouth Pool from 6.30-7.30pm on a Saturday evening. Please check the 'Upcoming' panel above to see what sessions are on in the coming weeks.

Next Courses

• Weekends January to March 2009, to be confirmed.
• Pre-requisites: You must be 16 years of age or over, be generally fit and be able to complete a 400m pool swim on your front in under 8 minutes.
  Pre-course training for all elements of the course (including swimming coaching) is available during our training sessions listed in the 'Upcoming' panel above. We welcome people to come along and join in prior to starting a course. We cannot guarantee success on the course if your swimming ability is not up to standard.
  
• Price: £160 all inclusive.
  
• Wet suit hire: Full length wet suits are required for the course. If you do not own your own wet suit then you can borrow one for the duration of the course, or if you wish to buy one please speak to us first for advice and discounts.
